My puppies Bless my life everyday and I promise your new puppy is going to Bless yours. Raised with Love and Bred for Quality, all puppies are sold as companion pets and are evaluated and honestly represented as accurately as possible. Your puppy will be socialized and pretrained daily for a more rounded family companion and a smooth transition.
Farm pickup: At your request puppy can be vet checked if you have purchased a specific puppy 1 week before pickup date: you must request vet check in writing, however you will receive a health record and all shots up to date and I will to the best of my ability transfer to you a healthy puppy.

If shipped by air: Your puppy will be vet checked and arrive with a State of Oklahoma Health Certificate, health record and all vaccinations up to date. Upon arrival I recommend having your veterinarian examine your puppy within 72 hours. Farm pickup and air transport: Do not be alarmed if your puppy experiences some stress from the journey and allow puppy to settle in.Motion sickness from the journey causes several symptoms that may need to be treated by your veterinarian, this is at your disgression, I will be glad to assist you in determining treatment however Seller will in no way be responsible for any veterinarian bills. You must followup with additional shots and have your puppy wormed regularly. Do not feed table scraps to your puppy and use a good quality food such as Eukanuba, Bil-Jac, etc. Shihtzus do not tolerate smoke, perfumes, some shampoos and conditioners or other items that could irratate or cause allergic reactions. I can make recommendations and advise the products I use successfully. I also strongly suggest NOT to use prospot, advantage, frontline, etc, chemicals that are used to kill fleas and ticks by attacking the nervous system. This same chemical effects you and your pet the same way. Use of these chemicals also voids guarantee of your puppy by breeder. Talk to me about other alternative methods of prevention.

The deposit, agreed upon by both you and I by now, is non-refundable but can be transferred to another puppy at any time during the next 12 months of date of cancellation. Payment in full is required 14 days prior to departure date unless you are picking your puppy up personally, if that is the case, final payment is due at purchase meeting.

Seller does not quarantee size. I promise to be straight forward with you during this purchase, honest and forthcoming of any information you need to know. I will go the extra mile to be helpful to you and your family in any way I possibly can. I want the best pet possible for your family and I want the best family possible for my puppy.

I prefer not to ship my puppies, especially the tiny ones, if it is at all possible for you to pick your puppy up personally, however if you live to far from me, all precautions will be taken to insure a healthy puppy arrives by air transport, this cost will be discussed during our negotiations but usually around $250.

Puppies are guaranteed for one year against any congenital/hereditary disorder which would seriously impact the quality of life or would require continual medical treatment throughout the puppy's life. WIth the provision of 2 unassociated veterinarian reports, the Buyer must return the puppy (at buyer's expense) or the seller must consent to having the puppy put to sleep. Hernias are excluded from this guarantee, they are common in the breed and will be repaired at my disgression and/or advised by my vet, they are very rare in my bloodlines. This guarantee does not cover minor conditions such as hypoglycemia, coccidia, ear infection, bacterial infections or parasites, gardia or pinched nostrils or sinus infections, my vet does fix these when detected before sale. Your puppy will have been on ALBON for about 6 days before shipping, this is for stress and prevention of symptoms from stress. I will often send Albon with you to continue as a prevention treatment.

RETURN POLICY: to be agreed upon by breeder before the return: cannot guarantee payment. Although your puppy is receiving training on housebreaking and I will work with you to continue training I cannot guarantee how the puppies behavior will be in your home, I will make recommendations to you and give you instructions in writing.
